By participating in our tours and activities, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

 

1. You understand the risks associated with the activities you partake in and you therefore hold yourself responsible for associating with these activities.

2. You waive any claims against Panonaka Tours, it's associates & affiliates for injuries or damages.

3. This waiver does not replace liability insurance.

4. You waive any responsibility to Panonaka Tours for services interrupted by acts of god or freak weather.

5. All Tour services to be rendered are initially payable at 50% on date of receipt and the balance payable on arrival.

6. All Re-Funds are void within 24 Hours of services to be rendered, unless under reasonable circumstances.

7. Panonaka Tours reserves the right to admission.

8. Tour & Shuttle Services are standardized to 7 - 8 Hour shifts, to which an overtime fee is charged @R200/hr thereafter.

9. Cancellations made within 24-Hours of services to be rendered incur a 50% fee of total amount.

10. Cancellations within 2-Days of services to be rendered incur a 35% non-refundable Close-Out Fee of the total amount.

11. Cancellations made earlier than 2-Days of services to be rendered incur a 20% administration Close-Out Fee of the total amount.

 

Panonaka Tours is not responsible for any third-party services (e.g., airlines, accommodations) and/or services provided by any entities that may fraudulently impersonate our services for personal gain.

 

With that being said, Panonaka Tours provides unique security measures made only available to customers that complete our booking confirmation & verification process, we are therefore subject to requesting any form of Identification that suits our validation criteria i.e. I.D. , Passport, Driver’s License etc.
