Cancellation Policy

This activity is NOT AVAILABLE to persons under the age of 18* Panonaka Tours reserves the right to request for I.D. & any form of suitable identification before booking confirmation. For cancellations or rescheduling purposes, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your Tour or Experience, to which cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to a 50% non-refundable administration fee. Cancellations made prior to 24 hours of service are subject to a 20% administration fee. Panonaka Tours reserves the right to admission.
