Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your Tour or Experience, to which cancellation made within 24 hours are subject to a 50% non-refundable administration fee. Cancellations made prior to 24 hours of service are subject to a 20% administration fee. Panonaka Tours reserves the right to admission.
